How do I work?

Before each wedding I always have a meeting with the future bride and groom either in person or via Zoom. We go through your wedding day and the ideas and wishes you might have. The more I know about you, the better your wedding pictures will be. 

Prior to the wedding I always check the venue so I make sure to find the perfect spots for our photo session. I also don’t underestimate the Swedish climate and therefore I offer a BAD WEATHER GUARANTEE. In case it is supposed to rain cats and dogs on your wedding day we simply schedule the photo session on another day. Flexibility is the key!

I photograph all the important moments of every wedding, from the preparations through the ceremony and dinner to the party, including all festivities. I make sure that all the important moments of the day are captured as well as the happy guests. Look at my latest weddings below. 

NEW! Since corona pandemics started I offer illness guarantee. In case the groom or bride gets sick we reschedule the photo shoot without extra cost!

About me

My name is Jarda and I am a young passionate Stockholm Wedding Photographer, originally from the Czech Republic. I worked for a long time as a consultant but my passion for photography was so strong that I decided to leave the comfortable office life to follow my dream and I became a professional photographer.

I have been interested in photography since I bought my first DSLR camera when I was 15. However, the life changing event for me was my big project European Peaks during which I climbed the highest mountain of every European country. I realized that photography storytelling is what I want to work on. That’s also why I started with wedding and engagement photography. Where else can I find the most fascinating stories? 

I like honesty in photography so I capture you and your loved ones as you are. I am not a fan of unreal photoshopped pictures. I rather capture the pure beauty of every moment. It’s amazing that I live in the multicultural city of Stockholm which gives me the opportunity to photograph such diverse weddings. I have already photographed a Swedish, Canadian, Russian, German, Ukrainian, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Lebanese, Indian, French, Iranian and Chinese wedding and I can’t wait for new opportunities.

      Q1: What equipment are you using?

      I have two full frame Nikon cameras + 5 prime lenses to make sure your pictures are sharp, with high resolution and taken from many different angles. In some wedding packages you can get also drone pictures and/or polaroid pictures.

      Q2: When are we going to receive your pictures?

      Unlike other photographers, I work on pictures directly after the wedding. I deliver all the edited pictures latest 10 days after the wedding. I also deliver directly three selected pictures on the wedding day so you can directly share your wedding moments.

      Q3: Are you offering also prints?

      Every couple receives all images in high resolution which means that they are printable on large scales. Unlike other photographers I don’t charge anything extra if you want to make prints.
